LIZ + RICHARD || LAKE FULMOR, CA

I cannot even begin to talk about how exciting this session was! This beautiful couple wanted a more secluded forest scene for their maternity shoot. I had always had Lake Fulmor on my list of places to look at for photo locations, but had never actually gone until this session.

I was a little nervous at first because the week had been filled with sunny days, but as I drove up the mountains it started to become overcast and even drizzle a little bit. I tend to shoot in dry, golden fields at sunset, so the cloudy weather and green of the trees was definitely out of my comfort zone. However, when I arrived and saw the fog rolling on the lake, it was absolutely breathtaking! And to top it off, Liz and Richard absolutely killed this session!
