Love stories come in all shapes and sizes, but there's something special about the ones that begin in childhood. That's exactly the case for Kendra and Jonathon - two young hearts who shared a lasting connection from their school days. As they grew up together, Kendra and Jonathon's friendship blossomed into an unbreakable bond filled with laughter, love, and adventure - from those early days of crushes to saying "I do" on their wedding day.

Kendra and Jonathon are high school sweethearts who have been together for ten years. They met their in high school and started dating their freshman year. Their relationship has been tested over the years, but they have always managed to come out stronger in the end. They are each other's best friend and confidante, and they know that no matter what life throws their way, they will always have each other.

Kendra got ready in her hotel suite with all of her bridesmaids, just a few minutes away from the venue! Her awesome hair and makeup artist, @JpCharming, did an incredible job of enhancing Kendra's natural beauty. Once she was finished with her makeup, Kendra's bridesmaids helped her put on her gorgeous wedding dress from Bellaposa Bridal Boutique.

Meanwhile, Jonathon was finishing up getting ready at an Airbnb close to the wedding venue. I met Jon at the venue just before the ceremony to take some photos of the groomsmen getting ready and putting on their finishing touches.

Kendra and Jonathon were married in a beautiful ceremony at the Brick.828 Wedding Venue, located in the Art’s District of San Diego’s Liberty Station. All of their chosen decor made the bricks in the venue really pop. The couple exchanged vows in front of a large group of family and friends, in the breathtaking, industrial styled venue.

After the ceremony, we took photos of the couple, the families, and the wedding party all around the Art's District and San Diego Liberty Station. There were so many great spots - we took pictures for over an hour!

Kendra and Jonathon's wedding reception was held at the same venue - their awesome team removed all the ceremony decor and set up their reception area so quickly! The evening started with a cocktail hour right outside the venue, where guests enjoyed hors d'oeuvres and specialty cocktails while taking in the stunning views.

After cocktail hour, guests were invited inside dinner and dancing. The room was decorated with beautiful floral centerpieces and twinkling lights, creating a romantic atmosphere. Guests enjoyed a delicious meal from a taco truck before hitting the dance floor to celebrate the new Mr. & Mrs.!
